Select the blue part with your magic wand

Change the blend mode on the words layer to soft light
Increase the opacity to around 50
Select your sensual word layer
Colorize to match your kit
I repositioned mine towards the bottom but that is up to you
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add your tube of choice
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Add your name and copyright
Save!

Let's Begin!

Open your template
Hit shift d and close the original
Delete the copyright and background layers
Also delete small circle and frame layers
Add a new raster layer and send to the bottom
Select all and paste tan rough stripe paper into your selection
Select none
Apply mask of choice
Merge group
Select large rectangle layer
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste tan pattern paper as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete large rectangle layer
Select half circle layer
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste burgandy stripe paper as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete half circle layer
Select thin rectangle layer
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste mocha cardboard paper as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete thin rectangle layer
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add your tube of choice
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Add your name and copyright

Give your black layers noise
Add noise Uniform Monochrome 65%
Select bottom pink frame layer
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper11 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select None
Delete bottom pink frame layer
Repeat for all pink layers
Select your word layers and merge together
Select all, float, and defloat
Paste paper 4 as a new layer
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Delete words layer
Give your paper penta jeans filter default settings
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add your tube of choice
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Add your name and copyright

Apply mask of choice
Merge group

Paste frame1 as a new layer
Resize and position as desired
Use  your magic wand tool to select the insides of the frame
Modify and expand by 6
Paste your image of choice below your frame
Resize and position
Invert your selection and hit delete
Select none
Paste any elements you like
Resize and position
Add drop shadows as you like
Add your name and copyright
Save!

Using Xenofex Little Fluffy Clouds, use my settings below





Select twinkle layer
Add a new raster layer above and fill black
Select all, float, and defloat on twinkle layer
Invert your selection and hit delete on your fill layer
Select none
Delete twinkle layer
Change your blend mode on your fill layer to Overlay and drop the opacity to 50
Add any elements you like
Resize and position
Add your tube of choice
Resize and position
Add any dropshadows you like
Add your name and copyright
Save!
