Open a new image 600x600 Select all and paste paper8 into your selection Select none Apply mask of choice Merge group Add a new raster layer and select all Paste paper2 into your selection Select none Apply a different mask Merge group Paste frame1 as a new layer Resize and position as desired Use your magic wand tool to select the insides of the frame Modify and expand by 6 Paste your image of choice below your frame Resize and position Invert your selection and hit delete Select none Paste any elements you like Resize and position Add drop shadows as you like Add your name and copyright Save!

Open your template Hit shift d and close the original Delete the copyright and background layers Add a new raster layer and send to the bottom Select all and paste paper10 into your selection Select none Apply mask of choice Merge group Colorize your blur, pink stars, stars, dotted line, and glittered stars layers to match Select background layer Select all, float, and defloat Paste paper11 as a new layer Invert your selection and hit delete Delete background layer Using Xenofex Little Fluffy Clouds, use my settings below
Select twinkle layer Add a new raster layer above and fill black Select all, float, and defloat on twinkle layer Invert your selection and hit delete on your fill layer Select none Delete twinkle layer Change your blend mode on your fill layer to Overlay and drop the opacity to 50 Add any elements you like Resize and position Add your tube of choice Resize and position Add any dropshadows you like Add your name and copyright Save!
